It's also a good time to think about your preparedness, be it storms, earth quakes, tornadoes, train derailments, pandemic lockdowns, or whatever else the Ladies of Fate decide to throw our way. (Hopefully NOT Putin!) Nobody WANTS crap to happen, but it does anyhow.
