If you are looking for a #NewYearsResolution and interested in #volunteering take a look at #PostPals. A simple happy card or letter, a photo of you #dog #cat or other #pets, a #drawing can all help brighten the day of a seriously ill child. There is no commitment (unless you sign up for one of their projects) you can send post weekly, monthly or even just once or twice a year! It all makes a difference to brighten someone's day.

How do everyone. FYI there is a charity called Post Pals which allows you to send letters and cards to seriously ill children and their families. At Christmas they do an 'Elf scheme' were you can sign up to send a Christmas letter or gift (if you can afford it) to one of the kids. Also, you can give yourself an elf name and eat some cookies whilst you write. That may just be me.

1) Walking shoes, UK size 7 or 7.5. Second hand encouraged, I wear through shoes like nothing else!
