@rower Dzisiaj mogłem wyjechać dopiero około 20, ale przynajmniej było chłodno, a w bonusie załapałem się najpierw na sympatyczną mżawkę, a potem na całkiem solidny, ale nadal przyjemny deszcz.

Pierwsze trzy miesiące 2026 na rowerze

Zapraszam na rowerowe podsumowanie pierwszego kwartału 2026. Będzie trochę fotek z jeżdżenia i parę słów o nowościach.

Dzisiaj znowu na rowerze, tym razem słońce mi pięknie przyświecało. Obyło się bez uciekania przed psami, a za to spotkałem dwa bażanty oraz kilka żurawi i łabędzi.

Dość szybko przypomniało mi się, dlaczego przerwałem zbieranie tych wymagających jeżdżenia po oddalonych od asfaltu wioskach, gdy musiałem uciekać przed dwoma sporymi kundlami, a droga była tak nierówna, że nie mogłem puścić kierownicy i wyciągnąć gazu z torby w ramie.

Cała reszta była jednak bardzo spoko i znalazłem kilka fajnych dróg, szkoda że dojazd do nich blokują te puszczane luzem psy.

I agree. The feature doesn't seem to have been implemented well.

I've always referred to this kind of mistake as violating the "principle of least astonishment" (#POLA). Wikipedia mentions the term you used, too.

@campuscodi The "#FileFix" technique has an nonsensical name, but the design decision by #Microsoft which makes it possible is absolutely ridiculous. It at least makes sense to let the user run an executable from in the "Run" dialog; letting the user run an executable from the Location bar makes no sense. What conceivable use case did some engineer have in mind? Or did they just re-use an API without thinking?

They implemented a security defect by design, by violating the Principle of Least Astonishment. Microsoft never ceases to amaze.
