I thought they were completely successful at meeting their design goal. It was so easy, and so compact. It's about the size of two decks of cards side-by-side, so it's easy to slide into even a day bag. It weighs nothing. The props were completely encased, so it was far more durable than your typical quadcopter.
I think with the right follow through in the marketing, it really could have gone somewhere.
What a unique, charming product.
