  1. I'm impressed at the graphics so far, I've been able to watch videos and naturally I tested #hercules for #ibm 370 #mvs a la #tk5 and the improvement over the #Pi3B alone had me order an #OrangePi #orange_pi_5 / #Pi5 16GB

Most of my daily software is available on ARM, except for official #GoogleChrome and #VMWare Horizon- I haven't started with x86 emulation/conversion but the #Pi5 I have coming is 2.5GHz, a massive improvement over the 1.5GHz #Pi4B and the 1.2GHz #Pi3B so I'll happily wait!

  6. @lunareclipse I mean I'd expect performance of that smartphone to be on-par with a @[email protected] with no added heatsink fitted to it...

So unless you want to make it a , it's less hassle to just get a somewhat recent and abuse that as a low-powered server.

I have one of them and at €0,62/kWh, a 2W SoC is the most reasonable option to use either @ubuntu / or any other .

    Plus, it's a regular-ass system.
