About... -PLACE- btw. Formal complaint made to one place. And I'm gearing up to file a complaint to the IRS if they don't make good on their unacceptable actions & inaction.
My pets have all been put in danger because of this and we're going to be 2000 bucks in the hole over it.
I can't believe how terrible some people are. I just can't wrap my head around it.
