I had a nasty face-plant into a wall last week, and spent much of the last 10days with a cervical collar, healing a neck sprain, and some face damage.
Thankfully I'm mostly healed, other than a sore knee that has been cutting into my afternoon-walk opportunities.
Ready for spring activities once I'm done with this.
Good reminder not to take one's #health for granted - it can change pretty suddenly.

Updated My Website a bit. Changed the Search page to wiby.me instead of duckduckgo.com and as I had to change some things Decided to write a Blog about today too lol.
