How #honest is tree-nation.com?

A company I sometimes purchase from (pen.tips), then buys a tree in the name of their customer, in this case: me. And then you get a link to tree-nation with info of that tree.

In the last year I made 2 purchases from #PenTips, months apart.

And yet, tree-nation gave me two completely identical certificates for supposedly 2 different trees. #carbonoffsets #TreeNation

Is it another #scam like #EstablishedTitles?
