They are incapable of being rehabilitated to any useful degree.
They live for sexual power over children because adults fight back
They usually are unable to revert to a normal psychiatric state as well.
Just like serial killers
They don't stop.

But they will be finding body parts all over town with a label says pedophile stapled to them
