After the Peakychu family is brought back together, so that their family knows they can always count on Peakychu and continue to look up to them as an older sibling, Peakychu showed this adorable display of electricity for their family.

It was such a sweet moment, but also sad as they do not know that Peakychu had lost all power to generate electricity because of the fact that Peakychu helped them. The Ditto is there to keep Peakychu's secret.
