@dangoodin @lorenzofb I can't say the problem is bigger or worse now than before, but I can say that I am getting more and more questions about "how can we reliably identify/authenticate people who contact us by mail/phone/web/sms for any and all purposes?"
Because attackers are attacking the service providers, not just end users.
I don't have any universal answers. I don't even know if I have any really good answers.
