The plot thickens with #Outsurance an #Insurance Company in #SouthAfrica . The Policy states under Special Conditions "Cover is conditional upon the inspection of the vehicle." On the telephone they claim that sending photos in lieu of inspection is sufficient, yet they refuse to endorse the Policy stating this and they are non-commital after a 4th attempt to have the policy endorsed. It turns out that the photos were attached to the Policy, but never verified by the Inspections Team = NO COVER

One can just shake ones head at the sheer incompetence of #OUTSURANCE in #SouthAfrica . They said to send the Photos for inspection within 48-hours after receiving your vehicle and it is covered.
Off course that excludes reckless, lazy and incompetent managers who only have one thing in their head and that is a long weekend!
Turns out that I've been riding all weekend without cover! Beware of being taken for a ride by your gutter-scum Insurers! #incompetent #Insurance #company
