#Parkinsons cascade:
Thurs: no exercise due to multiple dr appts
Thurs night: up from 2-3 am because of no exercise
Fri: no exercise because of mental fatigue, rain, 28°
Fri night: up from 12-4 am because of no exercise (lots of #dystonia)
Sat: up two hours late because of exhaustion, tremors & dystonia (late meds). Tried to exercise.
Sat night: exhausted, bed early, up from 11-3
Sunday: TBD, I hope I can exercise
When you get #OutOfSync with your program, it’s hell on wheels getting back.
