Let’s have some fun…
The vacation started wonky and grubby. It wasn’t all what I hoped and thought it would be. But then came the second day, and I tried to “abuse” poor Sir Little Noise™ (AKA Bas, my parents’ Dachshund) into taking me on my daily walkies, so I could get some exercises in. And Bas needs the walkies, but I am sure he could do with smaller ones for sure… 😇 But hey, it it’s good for me, it could be good for him as well, right? 😉
So, several times a day, I head out with the little Weener and we are getting our steps in. It’s a little more challenging than at home, as it’s a bit more “hilly” here, with some slopes wherever you go. They usually aren’t too steep, but seeing I haven’t been walking without crutches for very long, it’s something that I can really feel in my muscles. But, we keep on going for walkies. And every now and then, I “whip” my phone out to take yet another snap of the area or the little hairy one… 🐾

I'm finally feeling better. Based on all available info, the doc said my post-COVID secondary infection was a virus that attacked the nerve that signals the muscle controlling the eardrum. Result: fever, exhaustion & #PulsatileTinnitus, which caused a nearly incessant tapping sound/fluttering feeling in my ear.
Doc & I decided it's called the Pterodactyl Virus. Because I had a Flintstones-esque pterodactyl living in my ear.
Am on the mend, #OutAndAbout today, so here's a #selfie. 💋
