The recent killing of #NahelMerzouk by #Frenchpolice made me want to watch the 2022 biographical series #Oussekine on #Disneyplus. In 1986, the 22 year old Malik Oussekine was beaten to death in cold blood by French police and the series showed how the minister then tried to cover-up the police's crime. Now, in 2023, French police has shortened the life of 17 year old #Nahel and even lied about what happened. What has changed, #France? Liberté, égalité, fraternité seems to ring hollow! #justice
