/42 win for China, not for Canada. If Canada wanted to back out of a deal on any said policy within the deal i.e. pipelines, vaccines, etc., Canada is on the hook for millions/billions of $$. Canada could also be brought in to International Criminal Court for failing to meet requirements of said deal.
