I suspect this is his (Final) Solution to the criticism that #children were #abducted during his administration's deliberate "#ChildSeparation Policy" (to discourage immigration) with no means of identifying/returning them. So let's tattoo them with a serial number. 🤦♂️Also a great way to ID repeat offenders. 🙄
