If you run across any strangely hosed Oracle Linux 8.9 systems check out this link. https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/768864/oracle-linux-8-server-wont-update-because-of-missing-files We first noticed because ssh wasn’t working, then saw yum/dnf upgrades were failing too.
