After a few tries, I got a decent orthophoto.
For some reason, the tree smack in the middle of the field was not captured in the 3D mesh.
Turns out the processing doesn't need to take 6+ hours, after tweaking a few settings this finished processing after exactly 1 hour. Oh well, live and learn.

been runnning lots of huge datasets on #WebODM and started to have problems. This page was a big help for someone who does not understand Docker! I did have to look up the commands to run them from the command line, but it all looks to be running a lot smoother again now.

Photogrammetry meets art again.
I've liked this view of Amulree and Strathbraan Church from the Glen Quaich road for many years, but always thought it best from a slight elevation.So the "closeup" photos are from a 3D model - 262 * 48MP = 12Gpx of source images (DJI Air3), built using WebODM, re-illuminated and rendered in Blender and finished in LuminarAI.

#OpenDroneMap I ran 900 images using split-merge on my local PC, but despite setting the GSD to 0.6 (same as the imagery) the resolution is notably worse than when I ran the same images through WebODM Lightning. Can anyone suggest what I need to tweak?
The only other settings changed from default were Fast-orthophoto and skip-3dmodel

I wrote a technical guide on how you can create your own aerial imagery and 3D models of streets with the built in iPhone LiDAR sensor and open source tools in the OpenDroneMap package.
I've found you can attach your iPhone to your bike and generate LiDAR point clouds of the kerb and cycleway infrastructure if you go slow!

Nordy Bank is a univallate hillfort on the flanks of Brown Clee Hill, the highest hill in Shropshire.
Here's a composite of some 540+ drone photos, mostly from a P4Pro, but some from a Mavic Pro, all stitched together using OpenDroneMap of the hillfort and it's environs.
OpenDroneMap handled the 2 sets of images from 2 different drones effortlessly!
