Great talk by @rosannepouw and colleague on turning mere compliance into actual behavior change. One approach: make things bite-sized. Baking metaphor: your tools and tricks are ingredients, but without the right recipe you cannot bake a successful cookie. So they went to work on providing a recipe (framework). My colleague @koenvh@[email protected] at @nlnetlabs reported e-mail vulnerabilities to 114 municipalities. A bunch of them started looking up his personal data in the central government databases (where he was born, marriage status, name of partner, social security #, ..). And then some of them repeated this for his parents. Awful. #OneConference
