They did it at #Okehampton and it worked. Investment is worth it. Now for numerous other Devonian lines & stations.
We urgently need regular six car trains at least, 7 days week.
If you're forced to stand on any train journey, the journey should be completely free of charge. Dream on.

As has become a sort of tradition for this time of year, today we went on a longer #bike ride. Our journey took us on a trip from home to #Okehampton and then along the #NCN27 to #Tavistock and then on to #Plymouth. Part of that #CycleRoute is called #DrakesTrail and has many interesting #bridges on it. The one pictured (with me on it) here is called #GemBridge and is a #steel #arch which was only opened in #2012.

It is a historic #structure from the #Victorian era, made of #iron (not steel) and is #ListedBuilding, on the outskirts of #Dartmoor. It was historically a #Railway #Bridge and was used to carry #Quarry material from #Meldon Quary to nearby #Okehampton. Nowadays it is part of the #GraniteWay
