Arctic's 1st Ice-Free Summer Delayed by Ozone Treaty
The #MontrealProtocol regulates nearly 100 man-made chemicals called ozone-depleting substances (#ODSs).
The new study shows the effects of this include delaying the first ice-free Arctic summer by up to 15 years, depending on future emissions.
