xonotic india needs help, folks

I run the only consistent xonotic server in India, and have been running it since 2022 end/early 2023 or so. This was made possible by the generous compute.

I discovered the Oracle OCI free tier arm ampere server limits got downgraded a few days ago but my "violation" (I didn't downgrade my instances) blocked a few servers from being edited.

I deleted one 1 OCPU 6gb ram server and now I need to resize another one I care about. I can't do that because that instance is "disabled" and that I need to approach support.

I tried to wrap my head around the support system but got stuck on the LLM chatbot that... told me it would unblock my account if I give more details but keeps forgetting the details I give it lmao(if your company runs an LLM chatbot, I have to ask... Why even?)

I don't know how to get ahold of real human support. I don't even know if that's an option for free tier non-PAYG users like me.

Say what you will about oracle, their Java shenanigans, their evil OCI shenanigans, but it's actually blocking the cool shit we do.

I don't think I will be able to effectively turn monetary contributions into a working system so I'm not asking for money(even if you'd like to support, I don't accept donations yet since I'm running this for free at 0 cost to me) so if you'd like to support me, please feel free to boost this post and raise to any oracle cloud employees you may know.
