John Willinsky @PublicKnowledgeProject offers prelim data of Ukrainian journals using Open Journal Systems (#OJS):
Ukraine has been a leader in #DiamondOpenAccess with 14,000+ journals using OJS before the war, & PKP has worked to help preserve these journals. More data analysis is underway.
