Got a junk mail from Ritz Carlton this morning, inviting me to start 2027 aboard a Super Yacht in Bora Bora. Figured I got mixed up with Clarence Thomas so I reported it as spam. Should have sent it to the FBI, or better yet, the Ethics Czar at the Supreme Court, until I remembered there is no Ethics Czar or anything else "ethics" at SCOTUS.

If you were unaware, it just shows we need far better policies guiding our system when it grants someone lifetime tenure. Why aren’t we honestly told about the health of our public servants in real time? Checking our kids genitalia is nbd, checking the Chief Justice history of seizures is off limits, huh? Seizures are bad, they're a trauma to the body. No one has to tell me this, caregiver to an adult invalid with a great many physical disabilities. I tend to seizures literally multiple times each day to minimize harm and calm the body . That all said, it's time for Judge Roberts' seizure disorder to come back into the public eye, indeed it's time for Judge Roberts seizures to return. The anti-seizure meds he's on have destroyed his cognitive ability to judge, let alone Chief Judge!

Contra SCOTUS recent "opinion" re Colorado's decision to leave insurrectionist Trump off the ballot, their argument that the consequence of a single or small group of states being able to decide the presidency, given the reality/intended purpose of the electoral college is beyond absurd.
