This paper had its original HMMMM... that's odd, we should poke at it conversation in November 2018 when Coleman and I noticed that there were 12 counties in Oklahoma where a single insurer offered everyone zero premium Bronze, SIlver and Gold plans. We wrote an aggregate data paper published in January 2020 and got funded by #NIHCM in 2020 to look at the household data that produced this paper. It went under review in 2021 and published in 2023.
