Il PNRR ha mostrato due Europe molto diverse: una capace di mettere in comune risorse senza precedenti; l’altra ancora troppo dipendente dalla capacità, spesso diseguale, dei singoli Stati di trasformarle in risultati concreti.
La Danimarca ha chiuso il proprio piano. L’Italia, che ha ricevuto la quota più alta, arriva invece alla fase finale con ritardi, revisioni e molte opere ancora da dimostrare. Non è un confronto perfetto, ma è sufficiente per smentire una narrazione comoda: il problema non è sempre un’Europa assente; a volte è uno Stato che non riesce a usare fino in fondo le opportunità che riceve.
La risposta, però, non può essere tornare ciascuno per conto proprio. Il vero salto di qualità è fare dell’indebitamento comune una scelta stabile, non una misura d’emergenza. Un’Europa che raccoglie risorse insieme può finanziare ciò che nessun Paese riesce più ad affrontare da solo: energia, ricerca, industria, infrastrutture, sicurezza.
Il PNRR non deve restare un’eccezione: deve diventare il primo passo verso una vera politica economica europea! 🇪🇺

Il PNRR ha mostrato due Europe molto diverse: una capace di mettere in comune risorse senza precedenti; l’altra ancora troppo dipendente dalla capacità, spesso diseguale, dei singoli Stati di trasformarle in risultati concreti.
La Danimarca ha chiuso il proprio piano. L’Italia, che ha ricevuto la quota più alta, arriva invece alla fase finale con ritardi, revisioni e molte opere ancora da dimostrare. Non è un confronto perfetto, ma è sufficiente per smentire una narrazione comoda: il problema non è sempre un’Europa assente; a volte è uno Stato che non riesce a usare fino in fondo le opportunità che riceve.
La risposta, però, non può essere tornare ciascuno per conto proprio. Il vero salto di qualità è fare dell’indebitamento comune una scelta stabile, non una misura d’emergenza. Un’Europa che raccoglie risorse insieme può finanziare ciò che nessun Paese riesce più ad affrontare da solo: energia, ricerca, industria, infrastrutture, sicurezza.
Il PNRR non deve restare un’eccezione: deve diventare il primo passo verso una vera politica economica europea! 🇪🇺
