So I’d guess Musk’s threat of a very serious lawsuit resulted in an ADL’s surrender that was only feigned.
Another gem I found as I was poking around in these feeds, with the same sort of reply restrictions:

I am particularly struck by the dilemma of how we remember this stain on humanity. The challenge for the modern day is to understand how we, in our attempt to make 'sense' (of course we can't), we project a romantic fairytale story that ultimately dehumanises the victims.
This podcast addresses prejudice, practicalities and the (im)plausibility which prevents (protects) us from truly understanding the horror. Ultimately, we need to understand and apply those lessons to ensure that #NeverisNow
