Unrelated to China's APT31 news, Chainalysis reports on the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanction of 12 entities and 2 individuals today, for helping to build or operate blockchain-based services to facilitate potential sanctions evasion on behalf of Russian nationals.
