This week has been a mix of steady study and small wins. In my masters I worked through material on myths of social communication and empathy in autism, and it gave me a lot to think about in how these assumptions shape practice. I also pushed through assessment prep, breaking things down into smaller steps so it felt less overwhelming. Outside of study, choir kept me grounded as always, and I found moments of validation in connecting with others who share neurodivergent perspectives. Feeling tired but glad to be moving forward.
