The Easter period is always intense, but this year feels especially fraught. Our director is unwell, and it’s unclear if he’ll even be there tonight — he’s also our organist. Tension’s running high. Holding it together, barely.

Had a bit of a mixed day. It started off with a wonderful women’s lunch at church—thankful for my Roger system, which made conversations manageable, though still challenging. Then came a pretty intense therapy session. Now taking some time to relax before heading to choral rehearsal and service tomorrow morning.
