The recent appearance of my muse after a quiet period with little writing is nice, but
I was in slowly descending into sleep when a line swamped my mind, then a second. When I didn't turn on the light and start writing they repeated.
I now have a new poem.
Unusually for me it contains two rhyming couplets between my usual free form verses.

And I am fully awake.
