My friend Ahmad lost his account on Instagram yesterday. He had several thousand followers and depends on it to support his family of 9. It's a devestating loss. Every day in Gaza carries more burden.

Many Palestinians are being silenced like this recently as Instagram has cracked down on "scammers". While actual scammers are completely ignored.

Like many, I'm struggling and could use some help. I suffer from cranial pressure, which causes mental focus issues, headaches, and black out spells. I believe it's from cervical instability, but I haven't been clear-headed enough to make an appointment with a doctor. I'd like to try a cervical pillow in the hopes of increasing my mental clearity. My goal is $60. Sleeping is difficult enough after my head injury, but added to this my wide shoulders and deformed arm. I usually sleep on my side or stomach. Both positions put a lot of strain on my kneck. Please 🙏
