W teorii wygląda to tak, że w przeciwieństwie do instytucji charytatywnych, gdzie występuje podział na „lepszego” (dającego) i „gorszego” (biorcę), pomoc wzajemna zakłada równość.

13 grudnia tuż przed południem, już drugi raz tej jesieni, odwiedziło nas przesympatyczne małżeństwo ze Śremu, które przy okazji odwiedzania córki- studentki wsparło działania naszego miejscowego kolektywu 3 kg czerwonej soczewicy.

Ludzie Ci przywieźli również słoiki, w tym 80 dodatkowych ze zbiórki zorganizowanej przez uczniów Szkoły Podstawowej nr 2 w Śremie, za co bardzo mocno wszystkim zaangażowanym w tą akcję dziękujemy.. Jesteście niesamowici!

Dziękujemy też koledze z łódzkiego FNB (studiującemu w naszym mieście) za przyprawy, kompoty, przeciery i ubrania, którymi, również i On, już któryś raz w tym roku postanowił się podzielić z wrocławskimi potrzebującymi.

A wspominamy o tym celowo, gdyż tego typu gesty, niby małe, ale istniejące, są najlepszym dowodem siły działań oddolnych, solidarności społecznej i pomocy wzajemnej, przekutej ogniem empatii z bryły czystej teorii w żywy czyn..

13 grudnia <w 44. rocznicę wprowadzenia stanu wojennego> przeprowadziliśmy 50. "wydawkę" jedzenia w tym roku, na której rozdaliśmy 51 indywidualnych wegańskich posiłków, w skład których wchodziła zupa krupnik, sałatka z buraków, chleb na naturalnym zakwasie i kompata, herbata z kawałkami pokrojonych w kostkę owoców, bo POMOC WZAJEMNA TO NIE SLOGAN_

PS: Idea pomocy wzajemnej w czasie stanu wojennego (1981–1983) była kluczowym elementem strategii przetrwania społeczeństwa. I opierała się na przekonaniu, że skoro państwo stało się opresyjne, obywatele muszą przejąć odpowiedzialność za siebie nawzajem.
W teorii anarchistycznej pomoc wzajemna to dobrowolna współpraca i wymiana zasobów bez pośrednictwa państwa czy instytucji hierarchicznych. W stanie wojennym idea ta zmaterializowała się poprzez: sieci samopomocy czy etykę solidaryzmu.

Jako grupa społeczna -od samego początku działalności we Wrocławiu, czyli od 1998 roku- uważamy, że głód nie powinien istnieć w czasach obfitości, a priorytety kapitalistycznych korporacji oraz polskiego rządu są zniekształcone i karygodne!

Dlatego celem podstawowym wszystkich cołykendowych akcji, które prowadzimy, jest regularne dzielenie się jedzeniem z osobami niedożywionymi, głodnymi..

Podczas takich spotkań z osobami w biedzie, nieodpłatnie przekazujemy na ich ręce około 30 kg chleba na naturalnym zakwasie, 15 l herbaty z owocami, około 30 l sałatki, a także 80-90 litrów wegańskiej zupy.

Natomiast posiłki te w każdy weekend można sobie zjeść wspólnie z nami, na jednym z placów Nadodrza, gdzie wydajemy posiłki przez godzinę. Można je także zabrać ze sobą. I w tym celu POTRZEBUJEMY SŁOIKÓW, tych dużych, litrowych, i to pilnie.

Więc jeśli chcecie stać się żywą częścią Jedzenia Zamiast Bomb - wystarczy wesprzeć aktywność kolektywu pustymi słoikami!
