Whether this distinct moderation level is disclosed or not, is hard to say.
This notice appears on #mothSocial's content policy. To me it reads "These policies do not apply to Mammoth except they absolutely do." Lol
I'm not a lawyer and do not speak #legalese so I don't know. 🧵

@thomasfuchs I concur as well. Also, this is a similar strategy that @mammoth is using for their app upon #MothSocial: https://mammoth.writeas.com/the-mammoth-first-look-is-live-on-the-app-store
People can always move to a different instance or setup their own later on. This is what I did.
