Not to be a medical ad or anything, but I am a diabetic type 2, brought on by steroids I took during cancer treatment but also exacerbated by a mood stabilizer that makes me hungry. Ozempic has helped curb cravings. I have lost weight and gone down a belt size. It has been slow, prob because I take the mood stabilizer still, but it has really helped me. It is not recommended just for weight loss, but for lowering the a1c in people with diabetes.
