Our #activeaging group successfully accomplished the objectives of the #PROCare4Life project “Personalised Integrated Care Promoting Quality of Life for Older People” that took place from January '20 to June '23, yielding 2 doctoral dissertations from #MonaAhmed & #EllenBentlage

Yesterday was #MonaAhmed's last official day at our institute. She will now move to Bonn to work as a researcher at the Institute of General Practice and Family Medicine at the @UniklinikBonn

On the 23rd of May, our colleagues #MonaAhmed, #EllenBentlage, and #MichaelBrach visited Antwerp where they attended the “International Conference of Integrated Care” #ICIC23, including the #PROCare4Life 42-month progress meeting and public event.

At the conference, @RoseDubbeldam, #EllenBentlage & #MonaAhmed discussed the progress of their scoping review on technology-assisted, at-home #physicalactivity interventions for #olderadults, that they are working on with #PhysAgeNet working group 3 (see: http://physagenet.eu for more info)

Last month, PhD Students #EllenBentlage & #MonaAhmed were in #Milan for the @procare4life event on 'Digital Integrated Care in neurological diseases: debate between the ProCare4Life consortium and Italian practice' & the 6th #PROCare4Life progress meeting.

#InChange is an #interdisciplinary project between the natural & social sciences of @WWU_Muenster & @unibielefeld that researches the causes, mechanisms & effects of #individualization in changing environments.
