Para quien use la app Molly en lugar de la oficial de Signal y haya notado que no hay conexión a su servidor y que su web está caída, al menos en el foro de @privacyguides se dice que habría una actualización tan pronto como mañana.
Ya veremos si es verdad.

#molly, un fork de l'application #signal parvient désormais à échanger des messages en étant encore plus lent que l'email... En plus de nous imposer la #surveillance de la #bigtech, #signal oeuvre pour limiter les autres applications sur les serveurs loués à #amazon ! Certes la sécurité c'est bien, mais à ce prix non... Bien sûr des alternatives existent : je conseille #DeltaChat pour la famille et les amis et #simplex pour les trucs plus militants...

What is happening with #molly development? The last release on their github page is 8.7.2. #Signal on android is currently at 8.18. Look like a fairly long gap and development seem to be stagnated. There are reports of molly 8.7.2 not able to get registered as a linked device with latest signal releases. @mollyim Any updates on dev status?

Je viens de faire le switche #signalapp officiel -> #molly et franchement c'est pas mal.
Possibilité d'avoir les couleurs d'accentuation material you (oui c'est un argument 😂)
Et surtout les cartes pour le partage de localisation utilisent #osm et pas google 🥳
De plus on peut sélectionner un fournisseur de notifications push autre que google🤷♂️
