The Democratic Party party has relied on AIPAC funding to keep reelecting moderates who have failed to address the broad concerns of a large majority of US citizens and residents, everything from cost of housing, education, healthcare, childcare; the inflationary impacts on food and fuel which are weekly if not daily reminders of increasing costs; the wealthgap and loss of good jobs;etc.

And the party leadership is terrified of candidates who actually speak to those issues. Maybe it's because the traditional #Democrats are so trapped in a neoliberal paradigm they don't see any solution to those problems, at least not any solution that major donors would support.

And if your prestige and position depends on large campaign donations, you certainly don't want to offend a major donor like AIPAC, whose sole ask is unquestioned support the horrific policies and actions of the #NetanyahuAdministration & #IDF
