There's 2 emails per month, sometimes just 1:

1) I send out all the supplies, Zoom link, and the full event description the week before each event. Next one will go out June 13/14.

2) After an event I send a recap email, 1-2 weeks following the event. This email includes any tidbits from the group chat! I'm working on sending this one out today!
