    This talk hosted by our friends at the Brontë Parsonage Museum in Haworth will consider Emily Brontë’s literary relationship with the figure of the vampire, tracing the influence of German literature upon her understanding and usage of the vampire figure in #WutheringHeights, and the impact of the novel on contemporary vampire fiction like Twilight.

    Elysia Brown is Heritage Assistant at the Brontë Parsonage Museum in Haworth and a student on our MA in 19thC Studies.
