@leo Please let your friends on your show (Alex?) who use a/c's in sheds/outside offices to look into inexpensive #MiniSplits. They are whisper quiet because only the fan portion is inside. The compressor is on the other side of the window or totally outside on a split unit design.
I got one for our "lanai" (enclosed patio) where my husband Mike watches TV & you hear literally nothing! @Siracusa would be hard pressed to hear this - that's how good these things are! 😂

@tydalforce The #geothermal heat pumps are far less cost effective than current air to air (or air to water hot water heater) #heatpump technology. Installers are overcharging for #minisplits these days, but overcharging or not, drilling wells or excavating for geothermal is not cost-competitive. And your propane — the most expensive heat per BTU, and bad all around.
