Another baking first for me: Japanese Hokkaido milk bread.
It is a recipe from Jack (Bake With Jack) Sturgess's still relatively new Baker's Club.I am normally more into dark bread but this recipe looked (and proved to be) so much fun that I couldn't resist.
Mind you, it was more time-consuming than complicated and everything worked out fine - though the cat is glad I'm finally done baking.#Hokkaido
