Anyway, people are saying that the 3 best, most reliable AC brands are Daikin (and Acson), #Panasonic, and #Midea, in that order.
I can attest that our Panasonic and Daikin ACs last forever with almost no issue besides requiring routine service. My super old #York AC (that doesn't look like a typical AC at all, looks like it was from the 80s or something lol idk how to describe it) was a beast too. -
