    Batchelor day for me. My better half is off with her #Estonian besties celebrating the #EstonianChristmas which is on the 24th of December.

    So, I got to eat my fave #ComfortFood #microwavemeal for #breakfast - #ButterChicken 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

    For late #lunch I think I might microwave again - uh - more Butter Chicken!

    Tomorrow I’ll be baking a ham. But for today, I’m very happy with my choices.

    My left knee gave out on me very early this morning.

    It still doesn’t want to cooperate, so I had a no cooking lunch outside with my better half.

    Yes, I made it outside - I do need fresh air from time to time.

    My better half ate fruit, I had a #CocoEarth #ButterChicken & #JasmineRice #microwavemeal - unmicrowaved.

    It was very nice! I poured the rice, then the sauce into an old plastic #drinkbottle I’d cut the top off. A long camp spoon to mix & voila!

    It gave my #lunch #camping vibes LOL
