I did 15,481 steps yesterday, triple my normal and the most in one day since chemo. Then we raced and it was GLORIOUS. Sunshine. Wind. Clear skies. Perfection. We were in the middle of the pack for most of the race, finished 4th (I think). Woke up this morning, did yoga with my mom and brother, then had a lazy morning waxing the boat in the sunshine while listening to an audiobook. I am so grounded. So peaceful. And so sore I may not walk tomorrow. 🤣 #WorthIt #Sailing #Merit25 #OneDesignRacing
