    Yes is 46 average, some mornings I see 43. This morning I woke up at 4am and could not get back to sleep - it was 48.

    I have a low resting heart rate and high for my age max heart rate, although I have not performed a maximum exertion test since age 55 - was 186 and 188 then.

    I walk/#run 6km twice a week at an average HR of 135, and an hour at 12mph/20kph hoping to keep my arteries open and all that.
