@neil I used to be fond of #RoundTablePizza 's #WomboCombo, meant to be evocative of Northern California wine country. It has a tomato base with pepperoni, Italian sausage, capicola, pancetta, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, tomatoes, and green onions. But I'm told it is discontinued.
My favorite remains their #MauiZaui which features a spicy "Polynesian" fruit-based(?) sauce with ham, tomatoes, red and green onions, pineapple, and bacon.
Because variety is important to me.
