#Mathway was around long before #NeuralNetworks became popular (2002 !!) therefore I doubt it ..... is what I would like to say..
But everyone claims it is a "#chat #ai" without #source

Also it depends what you deem "neuralnetwork"
A uneducated mind can be impressed with a few #OR , #XOR and #logicgates
