Last month, I joined a local Masters Swim club to see what it was all about - it has been a definite boost to my swim routine:
- Group workouts to keep up with
- Tighter intervals to hold to
- More distance in less time
- New drills I had no idea existed
- Coach provides feedback -
I tried out a #MastersSwimming club here in #Omaha. Great first experience and got a great coach-led workout. July is #TryMastersSwimming month so check to see if your local clubs are providing free team practices.
